Desmond White has been writing novels, short stories, and poetry since childhood. For example, for a class assignment in fourth grade, Des wrote a forty-page novella that was a Lord of the Rings derivative called The War of the Bowl. It was a whole lotta bowlshit. When he’s not writing, Des is probably teaching debate and philosophy to high schoolers, blogging bad writing advice, and hiding from his wife’s creeping fingers.
